MLD-060 with a length of 1000 or 2400 mm are chosen not by the principle of "let's take a longer one, we'll cut off the excess." Why you cannot replace the axis with a random round rod

The ready-made set does not relieve you from checking the height, method of attachment to furniture, load, and finish. It solves another task: it shows a coordinated composition and helps move faster from idea to specification.

How to calculate the quantity of KN-009

The quantity is determined not by the length of the axis or the number of large figures, but by the scheme of each identical stand. First, the sequence of elements is approved, then repetitions are counted.

Quantity of KN-009 in one node × number of identical nodes + agreed reserve for control and production.

The reserve size cannot be assigned universally. For a single custom support and for a batch of furniture, the conditions differ. In one case, a control part is enough; in another, the workshop sets a reserve according to its production policy.

Example of a list

The main quantity in the example is 26 parts, not counting the agreed reserve. Such a table protects against two opposite errors. The first is ordering only by the number of racks, forgetting that several washers are used on each. The second is buying too many "just in case" without an approved scheme.

Total height

Each KN-009 adds 22 mm to the set along the axis. Three washers give 66 mm, but this is not yet the full height of the decorative unit. You need to add large figures, open sections of MLD-060, bases, top elements, and mounting zones.

The thickness of KN-009 should not be used as a way to fix a random height remainder. The washer must have a clear compositional role. If one rack has three rings and another has four only because "the size doesn't add up," the difference will be noticeable.
