For the order in question, the version 1900 × 800 × 43 × 33 mm, designated by the manufacturer as A × B × C × D, is selected. These parameters were re-checked in the product card on September 5, 2026.

The request requires one agreed configuration for three pieces. The material cannot be left to the picker's discretion: two beech frames and one oak frame do not become a matching set due to a shared article number. For the batch, the quality of the blank for the intended coating is also fixed. The available finish should be confirmed with the seller, without automatically transferring settings from another size position.

Large mirror frame: check each fitting room separately

Label rooms P-1, P-2, and P-3. Even with identical dimensions on the plan, their finished walls, door positions, hooks, and seats may differ. Measuring one booth does not replace inspecting the others. It is especially easy to miss an obstruction where the door opens in the other direction or the curtain is gathered near the future mirror.

On the development of each wall, draw the outer contour of the frame and the desired mark of its lower part from the finished floor. Nearby, show the baseboard, switches, hooks, seat, and light fixtures. On the floor plan, mark the place for a person in front of the mirror and the space for opening the door or moving the curtain. The dimensions of the wooden frame are checked together with the furnishings, not on an empty wall rectangle.

For a preliminary fitting, you can make a lightweight full-size template of the outer contour. It helps to see whether the frame interferes with using a hook or sitting down. However, a paper mock-up does not confirm the reflection: the boundaries of the visible mirror opening need to be obtained separately, and then the placement should be checked with the mirror installer.

Such a list should not remain formal. Before launching the order, general entries are replaced with actual values, photos, and a decision for each cabin. If one wall is not yet finished, its measurements are marked as preliminary.

The external height of the frame does not guarantee a full-length reflection. What matters is the visible opening and the position of the mirror relative to the user. An inconvenient placement cannot be corrected by requiring a person to always stand in a single awkward spot. The size of the wooden frame and the size of the mirror panel are two different tasks

In a mirror order, three contours should be distinguished. The external dimension is needed for placing the frame on the wall. The visible opening determines the exposed reflective part. The mounting seat refers to installing the panel into the structure. One size cannot be substituted for another.

The numbers 43 and 33 mm in the RM-052 designation do not provide a basis for subtracting them twice from 1900 and 800 mm. Without a drawing with a breakdown, such an action would be a guess. The published dimension table does not establish the mounting dimensions, allowable thickness, and retention scheme required for ordering glass. A reference to a drawing by itself also does not replace the agreed document of the selected configuration.

Before the mirror manufacturer begins cutting, provide them with the drawing of the large RM-052 specifically and ask them to confirm the finished panel size along with the mounting conditions. If the documentation is insufficient, coordinate the measurement of the received frames. The possibility of ordering glass in parallel before the wood arrives is determined by the completeness of the data, not by the desire to speed up the opening.

An unknown value in such a table is left blank. The entry "clarify before cutting" is more useful than an approximate number that another participant will take as confirmed. Next to the document, indicate the date and version: after a design change, all performers must work from one revision.

Even for identical frames, agree on how the entire set of three is checked. This is not a statement about the size spread of RM-052, but a batch control procedure. Three products made of natural wood should not be ordered as photographically identical copies: the manufacturer explicitly allows tonal differences within a batch even when executed under tinting.

A practical way to agree is a coating sample on the selected material. When the entire item needs to be seen, the first one can be a single paid frame. Before its separate purchase, find out the delivery procedure for the other two. Sample checking should not end with the agreed execution no longer being available in the required quantity by the required date.

If the first frame passes inspection and is included in the set, the remaining need is two pieces. If it is reworked or not used, these costs do not disappear from the budget. No free test sample should be included in the calculation without a separate offer from the seller.

Before finishing, coordinate with the assembler how to handle mounting surfaces. The difference for the entire set is 22,830 ₽. It applies to wooden products, not to the three installed mirrors. Choosing a more expensive material does not cover the costs of glass, finishing, and on-site work.

Base formula of the full estimate:

3 × frame price + 3 × panel price + finishing of three frames + agreed components + delivery + installation.

Assembly is included as a separate line if it is not part of the mirror manufacturer's or installer's offer. The same applies to measuring, coating samples, and additional packaging. Each operation must be accounted for once: omissions and double counting distort the budget equally.

For unknown lines, use the status 'calculation requested' rather than zero cost. Zero means no expense or confirmed inclusion in another service. Lack of response from the workshop does not imply this.

There is a significant condition regarding coverage: in official responses from STAVROS painting is specified when ordering products from 150,000 ₽. Both orders under consideration, out of three frames, are below this amount. Therefore, factory painting cannot be promised within the given budget. The finishing contractor, cost, and availability of the service must be agreed upon separately; purchasing unnecessary items to meet the threshold is not required.

Compare quotes of equal readiness. One may include only glass manufacturing, another — a panel with processing and frame installation. A lower "mirror" line does not necessarily mean a smaller project total. Ask for the included operations to be stated directly in the commercial proposal.

For different walls, use three installation lines instead of unconditionally multiplying a single rate. General delivery, on the other hand, should not be automatically tripled. After filling out the estimate, you can calculate the average cost of one finished fitting room by dividing the total by three, but this figure does not replace the calculation of actual expenses per room.

You can check the spending limit without invented rates. Suppose the owner set a conditional limit of 120,000 ₽ for all three mirrors. After purchasing beech frames, 120,000 − 73,950 = 46,050 ₽ will remain for other items; after purchasing oak frames, 120,000 − 96,780 = 23,220 ₽ will remain. This is the available budget remainder, not an estimate of glass or installation costs. Collected quotes must be compared against it. Frames in stock and mirrors by opening — not the same date

In the same check, the card showed two beech and five oak frames of the selected size in Saint Petersburg. For the beech set, one piece is missing. For oak, the displayed quantity is arithmetically sufficient, but this is a snapshot of stock, not a batch reserved for the store.

Do not fill a missing item with the assumption "while we paint two, the third will surely be delivered." First, request confirmation of the full quantity and agree on whether reservation is required. The payment date itself does not indicate when all three items can move to the next stage.

If there is a shortage, several reasonable solutions exist. You can agree on the arrival of the missing frame, choose one different finish for the entire trio after re-approval, or change the work schedule. Automatically switching to oak just because it is available is not advisable: the material is tied to the finish sample and increases the product cost.

It is more convenient to build the calendar backward from the required readiness date. Installation and acceptance must be completed before opening. Before installation, the finished set must be at the site. Before transport, assembly, finished panels, and completed finishing are needed. Receiving frames and approving technical data come earlier than these operations.

However, not everything must be done sequentially. Wall preparation can run in parallel with finishing, and panel manufacturing can run in parallel with painting, if dimensions and design are already confirmed. The possibility of such overlap is agreed by the contractors. A made-up timeline of "three days for everything" does not replace their answers.

This is a draft of a work log, not information about a completed delivery. An empty cell means that the stage has not been confirmed yet. Such a record replaces the phrase "mirrors are almost ready" with a specific question: what exactly remains at P-3 and who is completing the work.

Review payment and delivery terms and specify the correct first recipient. It may be a workshop, not a store. Agree in advance on further transportation, the place of acceptance, the contact person in charge, and the possibility of bringing packaged items inside. The cost of frame delivery cannot be considered payment for all subsequent movements of finished mirrors.

If frames, glass, and finishing are handled by different companies, appoint one coordinator on the customer's side. They keep current documents and confirm the transfer of sets between stages. This is especially useful when acceptance at the site is performed by an employee who did not participate in choosing the coating.

Frame and wooden baseboard of the fitting room: coordinate the bottom junction

The position of the lower part of RM-052 is checked against the finished wall finish. The baseboard may protrude from its plane, so the diagram needs not only a front view but also a side section. The frame must not be automatically lowered to the floor, nor should the existing profile be considered a base on which the mirror will stand.

If the lower zone conflicts with the baseboard, the decision is made together with the installer: the agreed mark, location, or junction design is changed. Arbitrarily tilting the frame to bypass the protrusion alters the original installation scheme. Decorative trim does not become a load-bearing support without an appropriate structural solution.

A functional existing profile does not have to be replaced. When baseboards are part of the store's new finish, it is possible to buy wooden baseboard and compare samples of its coating with the frames. This purchase is considered separately: it relates to room decoration, not to the mandatory RM-052 configuration.

Acceptance of three frames before installation of mirror panels

The first inspection is carried out before the frames are handed over for finishing. Compare the article number, full size, material, finish, and quantity with the order. Inspect the front surface, corners, accessible back side, and areas of future panel junction. Any discovered features are best discussed with photos before starting subsequent work.

In the section "acceptance conditions and warranties" STAVROS states that upon delivery, the number of cargo units should be verified and packaging checked; identified violations are documented with the participation of the carrier's representative. However, the number of boxes does not necessarily equal the number of frames. Both checks are needed: cargo units per transport documents and items per product specification.

Do not send a frame with an undetermined damage directly to painting. Otherwise, when discussing the cause, you will have to separate the condition after transportation, processing, and assembly. Handing over each workshop with a brief note about the product's condition helps maintain a clear sequence of work.

The next inspection is after finishing and installing the panels. Compare all mirrors with the coating sample, check the completeness according to the accepted scheme and marking. If the P-2 mounting differs due to the wall, its parts should not end up in the P-1 packaging. An identical front part does not mean interchangeability of all mounting kits.

The installer is provided with information about the full structure and weight of the finished mirror, as well as data about the base. Choosing a mounting based on one size of the wooden frame is insufficient. Do not pre-assign a universal number of dowels, arbitrary load capacity, or installation "on any mounting adhesive." Free leaning against the wall also cannot be declared as a standard method of using RM-052.

The final check takes place in each fitting room: the position corresponds to the agreed scheme, the door or curtain moves without contact, access to hooks and the seat is preserved, and the mirror can be used from the intended location. The method of checking the mounting itself is determined by the contractor; there is no need to test the product with random jerks.

Ask to provide care instructions for the finished combination of glass and coating. A product for the mirror surface should not be automatically assigned for the wooden frame. The instructions must take into account the specific finish, not just the name of the wood species.

Before payment, prepare two related documents. The first describes the product being purchased. The second describes the result that the workshops and the installer must deliver. This separation allows you to understand which part of the project is already ordered and for which there is still no contractor.

Attach measurement diagrams of the fitting rooms and photos of installation sites to the documents. Indicate which information is final and which depends on the completion of wall finishing. This will prevent a situation where a preliminary sketch without warning becomes the basis for manufacturing.

Each contractor's proposal must have clear boundaries. The phrase "manufacturing of mirrors" requires clarification: only panels, panels with assembly, or the entire set with installation. A frame seller cannot be credited with equipping fitting rooms entirely if such a scope of work is not confirmed.

Manufacturing of panels is not started until their dimensions and design are agreed upon. Frames can be received earlier for measurement if such a procedure is accepted by project participants. The purchase of the batch itself should be postponed when at least one booth has not been checked, an acceptable installation method has not been determined, or the required quantity does not fit into the confirmed schedule.
