The company ordered the pens for us when we ordered furniture. But I decided to write a review personally because they are amazing! Stylish, expensive, high-quality!
More than 20 years on the market
The company's success began in 2002, when two artists — Andrey Ragozin and Evgeny Tsapko — created a small creative workshop for producing wooden carved items. The masters' work was quickly noticed, and within a year they were invited to participate in the reconstruction of the Konstantinovskiy Palace in Strelna.
After the success of this project, the company focused on recreating palace interiors, furniture, church furnishings, and carved decorations in various artistic styles. They worked with cultural heritage sites: The Hermitage, the Alexandrovsky Palace, the Troitsko-Izmaylovsky Cathedral, the Sheremetyevsky Mansion, and many others.
The masters' task — and still is — to create wooden items with the highest level of detail and understanding of every element, based on impeccable knowledge of artistic laws and interior styles.

CPU-P6 Molding Decor Set: monumental ceiling classic with original ornamental system MLDPU-027
There are objects that simply exist in an interior. And there are those that shape its character. Ceiling decor belongs to the second category. When executed precisely, with an understanding of architectural proportions and ornamental logic, it ceases to be 'finishing' and becomes a statement. About taste. About status. About the fact that a space is lived in consciously, not randomly assembled from whatever was at hand.
CPU-P6 Molding Decor Set is the most complex and ornamentally rich solution in the lineceiling decoration kitsof the 'Classic' collection by STAVROS. Fifteen types of products, a unique central system based on the MLDPU-027 molding with two types of corner elements, monumental ornamental accents NPU-464 (300 × 420 mm) and NPU-475 (350 × 180 mm), four levels of symmetrical corner pairs, delicate inserts NPU-470L/R and NPU-462.2. All this within an area of 3200 × 3200 × 83 mm — made from polyurethane and dense HIWOOD polystyrene.
This set is created for those who know exactly what they want: a formal ceiling with architectural depth, impossible to confuse with anything else, and equally convincing in daylight as in diffused evening or contour lighting.
Classical ceiling decorin the CPU-P6 execution is not just a 'frame with ornament'. It is a multi-level decorative architecture where each element occupies its place in a strict hierarchy of scales and forms.
CPU-P6 Molding Decor Set: why it's the pinnacle of the series
If we view the CPU-P1–CPU-P6 line as an architectural language with varying levels of complexity in expression, then CPU-P6 is the language in its full richness. Not simplified to a basic vocabulary (like CPU-P1 or CPU-P2), not intimately personal (like CPU-P5), but expansive, multi-level, intentionally complex.
What fundamentally distinguishes CPU-P6 from previous sets in the series?
The unique central system MLDPU-027. In previous sets of the series, the center of the zone was covered by a single element MLDPU-2U-1.1 (210 × 210 mm). In CPU-P6, the central system is built on a different molding —MLDPU-027— with two types of corner elements:MLDPU-027U-1 (204 × 204 mm) andMLDPU-027U-2 (124 × 124 mm). This creates its own molding contour in the center of the zone with two types of corner accents of different scales — an architecturally more complex system than a single central element.
Monumental dominants of the field: NPU-464 and NPU-475. Sizes 300 × 420 mm and 350 × 180 mm — these are the largest ornamental elements in the entire CPU-P series. They don't just 'accentuate' the field — they shape its architectural structure: large elements set anchor points around which the entire rest of the ornamental system is built.
Four levels of corner accents. NPU-430L/R (225 × 64 mm), NPU-431L/R (138 × 48 mm) — the same corner pairs present in CPU-P4 — are complemented by the corner pair NPU-461L/R (195 × 112 mm) and corner inserts NPU-470L/R (80 × 60 mm). In total — four independent levels of corner accents, each differing in size, ornamental character, and position in the corner node.
Such multi-layering of corner systems is what distinguishes CPU-P6 as a solution for formal spaces with high ceilings and large areas.
For which spaces CPU-P6 is created: uncompromising formal architecture
CPU-P6 is a kit without half-tones. Either it works in an appropriate space — large-scale, with sufficient height, of a formal character — or it will be excessive. Let's consider scenarios where CPU-P6 finds its precise organic fit.
Formal living room: maximum decorative statement
Ready-madeceiling decor kit for a living room with an area from 35 m² and a ceiling from 2.9 m — this is the ideal 'habitat' for CPU-P6. The monumental element NPU-464 (300 × 420 mm) included in the kit is not a delicate ceiling insert. It is a dominant of the field, visible from a distance of 6–8 meters, providing expressive sculptural shadows from its 15 mm relief under any lighting. In a living room with such a decorative system on the ceiling, the conversation about the owner's artistic taste begins long before the guest has a chance to examine the furniture.
NPU-475 (350 × 180 mm) with a 16 mm relief is the second dominant element. Horizontally oriented, it creates 'horizontal axes' within the ceiling system field, along which smaller elements are aligned. In the living room, this means the ceiling is perceived as an organized architectural structure, not a chaotic collection of ornaments.
Master bedroom: the formal personal zone
The set of stucco decor for the master bedroom is one of the most popular application scenarios for CPU-P6. A master bedroom in a large house or spacious apartment is a room that combines the intimacy of a personal space with a representative level of finish. Here, one can afford a luxury that would be excessive in a standard bedroom.
Four levels of corner accents in a master bedroom with a 3+ meter ceiling is not overload; it's a precise hit of the scale. CPU-P6 corner groups, with proper lighting, create 'tower' zones of ornamental tiers in the corners—a visually grand effect that gives the space a palatial solemnity without kitschy pomp.
Soft contour LED lighting behind the A130V1 cornice + a central chandelier under the central MLDPU-027 system with corner elements = a master bedroom that functions as a scene in evening mode. Quiet, intimate, yet architecturally flawless.
Study and library: a serious space with a serious ceiling
A home study in classic or neoclassical style is another organic scenario for CPU-P6. In a study with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, leather furniture, and wooden wall panels, a ceiling withpolyurethane ceiling decorCPU-P6 becomes part of a unified architectural concept: a serious, detail-rich space where every surface carries decorative meaning.
NPU-462.2 (115 × 140 × 19 mm) — the maximum relief among all CPU-P6 elements. 19 mm is a relief that creates deep shadows under the side lighting of a desk lamp or floor lamp. In a study with an intentionally 'nocturnal' lighting scenario, this element works as a sculptural accent that lives in the light.
Representative-class apartment: all the luxury of a single room
For apartments with an area of 100–150 m² and above, the CPU-P6 is the choice for the main living room or formal area. The principle is the same as with the CPU-P5: one set for one, the most significant space. But in the case of the CPU-P6, this space must have sufficient height and area so that the scale of the monumental elements does not seem excessive.
If the apartment's living room has a 3 m ceiling and an area of 40+ m² — the CPU-P6 is fully appropriate. If the ceiling is 2.7 m and the area is 25 m² — it is worth considering the CPU-P4 or consulting with a STAVROS manager about a scale adjustment.
Private house: formal floor with an architectural ceiling
In private houses with high ceilings in formal rooms, the CPU-P6 is the pinnacle of the home's decorative hierarchy. A living room on the first floor with a 3.2–3.5 m ceiling, an open plan, and large windows — this is precisely where the multi-level CPU-P6 system shows its full potential.
Individual interior designers use the CPU-P6 as an 'anchor' element of the project: the living room ceiling is designed first, and the entire color and decorative concept of the room is built around it. This is the correct approach: when the ornamental ceiling system is so rich and expressive, it dictates the place of all other surfaces in the hierarchy.
Interior with a central chandelier: architectural context for the main light fixture
The central CPU-P6 system based onmolding MLDPU-027creates a fundamentally different architectural situation around the chandelier mounting point than a single central element. MLDPU-027U-1 (204 × 204 mm) and MLDPU-027U-2 (124 × 124 mm) form their own molding square in the center of the zone with two levels of corner detailing — outer (204 mm) and inner (124 mm).
A chandelier under such a system receives an architectural frame of several concentric levels. With monochrome painting, the difference in levels is perceived through shadows — quietly but convincingly. With contrasting accentuation (gold or a cream shade on the central elements with a white cornice) — intentionally, solemnly, palatially.
Additional level of central detail —Ceiling rosettes for chandeliersFrom the STAVROS catalog: a decorative rosette for the chandelier mounting point inside the MLDPU-027 system completes the central accent.
Ceiling with contour lighting: two light layers
Ceiling decor with lighting in CPU-P6 — a particularly effective scenario precisely due to the scale of the ornamental elements. The A130V1 cornice (100 × 83 mm) forms a deep groove behind the rear edge, sufficient for placing a wide LED strip or a multi-color RGBW strip.
With contour lighting, NPU-464 (300 × 420 mm) and NPU-475 (350 × 180 mm) create extended shadow planes with a depth of 15–16 mm. In the diffused contour light, these surfaces become 'alive' — each ornamental curve casts its own shadow, changing as the lighting color varies. A theatrical effect with minimal technical effort.
Composition of the CPU-P6 kit: fifteen types of products and their architectural roles
CPU-P6 is the most comprehensive kit in the series. Fifteen types of products form a clear hierarchy: linear perimeter, central system, monumental field dominants, four-level corner systems, detailed inserts.
Linear perimeter: the foundation of the entire structure
Cornice A130V1— 100 × 83 × 2000 mm, HIWOOD polystyrene. The same robust perimeter profile used throughout the entire CPU-P series — but in the context of CPU-P6, it is perceived differently. Surrounded by monumental interior elements, A130V1 acts not only as a decorative perimeter but also as a 'frame' for the entire ornamental 'canvas' inside the zone. Without its strict horizontal line, all the interior richness would lose its architectural support.
The groove behind the rear edge of A130V1 is for the LED strip. The 83 mm depth of the profile cross-section creates a wide shadow plane visible from inside the zone. Full assortmentceiling cornices— in the catalog section.
LD32 molding— 32 × 15 × 2000 mm, HIWOOD polystyrene. The first interior contour after the cornice. In CPU-P6, the LD32 molding creates a mandatory 'buffer' between the powerful cornice and the rich interior field. Without this buffer, the transition from the perimeter to the ornamental space would be too abrupt. LD32 creates the necessary architectural 'breath' — a strip of silence before the ornamental unfolding.

Central molding system: the uniqueness of CPU-P6
MLDPU-027U-1— 204 × 204 × 13 mm, D=23, L=287 mm, polyurethane. A large corner element of the molding contour of the MLDPU-027 system. The size of 204 × 204 mm with a length of 287 mm is not a point corner accent, but a full-fledged horizontally deployed ornamental element occupying a significant area around the corner of the molding contour. The thickness of 13 mm with a protrusion of D=23 mm creates a two-level relief: the main ornamental body + a protruding decorative part.
Main page of the decorated molding —Decor for Moldingin the STAVROS catalog. Here you can also find corner and intermediateElements for moldingsfor other molding systems.
MLDPU-027U-2— 124 × 124 × 10 mm, D=17, L=174 mm, polyurethane. A small corner element of the same molding contour — scaled down (124 mm vs. 204 mm for MLDPU-027U-1), but preserving the same ornamental style. The pair MLDPU-027U-1 and MLDPU-027U-2 creates two concentric molding squares with corner accents of different scales in the center of the ceiling system: outer (large) + inner (small). This is precisely what makes the central CPU-P6 system fundamentally different from previous kits in the series.
Monumental dominants of the field
NPU-464— 300 × 420 × 15 mm, polyurethane. The largest ornamental element in the CPU-P6 by total area. Vertically oriented (420 mm in height with a width of 300 mm), NPU-464 occupies the position of a monumental ornamental panel in the field of the ceiling system. The 15 mm relief creates an ornament with substantial sculptural depth — leaf motifs, scrolls, transitions of forms are visible from a distance of several meters, and with side lighting they produce expressive shadows up to 10–15 mm in length.
In the CPU-P6 system, NPU-464 is installed in four positions in the field (one on each side of the square zone) — this is the main ornamental 'axis' of the entire system.
NPU-475— 350 × 180 × 16 mm, polyurethane. A horizontally oriented field dominant with a maximum relief of 16 mm among the CPU-P6 field elements. A width of 350 mm and a height of 180 mm create the 'crossbeam' of the ornamental system. NPU-475 works in tandem with NPU-464: vertical accents (NPU-464) + horizontal accents (NPU-475) = a system of perpendicular ornamental axes in the field, forming a proper architectural decorative grid.
Corner systems: four levels of symmetry
CPU-P6 retains the corner pairs NPU-430L/R and NPU-431L/R from CPU-P4, but supplements them with two new pairs — NPU-461L/R and NPU-470L/R.
NPU-461L / NPU-461R— 195 × 112 × 13 mm, polyurethane. A pair measuring 195 × 112 mm — a large horizontally elongated corner overlay. In the CPU-P6 corner node, NPU-461L/R occupies the first level — closest to the corner of the zone. The 195 mm width creates an extended horizontal accent that 'projects' from the corner into the field of the zone — like a decorative 'standard' of the corner group.
NPU-430L / NPU-430R— 225 × 64 × 14 mm, polyurethane. The second level of the corner group — wide (225 mm), but narrower in height (64 mm) than NPU-461L/R. A contrast in proportions: NPU-461L/R has more 'square' proportions, NPU-430L/R has elongated-horizontal ones. This creates a rhythm of alternating proportions in the corner group, perceived as a decorative 'cadence'.
NPU-431L / NPU-431R— 138 × 48 × 11 mm, polyurethane. The third level of the corner group — a more compact accent (138 × 48 mm) with a delicate 11 mm relief. NPU-431L/R in the CPU-P6 corner group serves as a jewel-like detail: large enough to be present as an independent decorative element, but compact enough not to compete with the larger NPU-430 and NPU-461.
NPU-470L / NPU-470R— 80 × 60 × 8 mm, polyurethane. The fourth level of the corner group — small horizontally elongated inserts with a delicate 8 mm relief. In the CPU-P6 corner group, NPU-470L/R is the final 'punctuation': a small accent that closes the corner system. Without it, the group of three previous pairs would appear 'unclosed' — open to the field without completion. NPU-470L/R provides this final touch.
Ornamental inserts: rhythm and field saturation
NPU-462.2— 115 × 140 × 19 mm, polyurethane. The greatest relief in the CPU-P6 composition — 19 mm. With relatively compact dimensions (115 × 140 mm), this makes NPU-462.2 an exceptionally 'volumetric' element: despite its small size, it produces the deepest shadows in the entire system. In the CPU-P6 field, NPU-462.2 functions as a point accent of maximum sculpturality — the 'pearl' of the system, noticeable only upon close inspection, but instantly drawing the eye under side lighting.
Summary table of the CPU-P6 composition:

CPU-P6 architectural logic: why the system works as a unified whole
A question designers often ask when first introduced to CPU-P6: 'Won't this be too much?' The answer is no, if you understand the system's internal logic.
In CPU-P6, every element occupies a clearly defined hierarchical position. The monumental dominants NPU-464 and NPU-475 set the scale: these are the largest accents of the field, they 'speak' first. The corner pairs NPU-461L/R → NPU-430L/R → NPU-431L/R → NPU-470L/R create an intensifying corner system towards the field with decreasing scale as they move away from the corner. NPU-462.2 places point sculptural accents of maximum relief in the field. The central system MLDPU-027 creates its own structural contour in the center of the zone.
This is not decorative chaos. It is an architectural score where each element plays its part at the right moment.
Material basis of CPU-P6: polyurethane and HIWOOD polystyrene
The choice of materials in CPU-P6 is not random. Polyurethane for all ornamental overlays and HIWOOD polystyrene for trim profiles. The rationale is the same as for the entire CPU-P series, but for CPU-P6 there is an important nuance.
Why polyurethane specifically for elements with maximum relief. NPU-464 with 15 mm relief, NPU-475 with 16 mm relief, NPU-462.2 with 19 mm relief — these are ornaments that cannot be accurately reproduced in any other lightweight material. Plaster provides accuracy but fragility. Wood provides expressiveness but weight and installation complexity. Polyurethane combines accurate reproduction of form with low weight (NPU-464 weighs about 250–300 g), flexibility (the element 'takes' the shape of an uneven ceiling without gaps), and absolute moisture resistance.
Complete section polyurethane products— in the STAVROS catalog: cornices, moldings, overlays, rosettes, decor for moldings.
HIWOOD polystyrene with a density of 680 kg/m³ — because trim requires rigidity. Over a perimeter of 12–14 linear meters, the A130V1 cornice must not sag or deform. HIWOOD ensures geometry that is resistant to operational loads: temperature fluctuations, building vibrations, and repeated painting.
How to create a full-fledged classic interior with CPU-P6: from ceiling to walls
CPU-P6 is the ceiling level. But it will require decorative partnership on other planes: otherwise, the rich ceiling will contrast with 'bare' walls — and this contrast will be uncomfortable.
Wall molding system.decorative moldingsfrom the same STAVROS assortment for creating wall frame 'panels'. A molding from the same stylistic group as LD32 and MLDPU-027 — a classic profile, coordinated with the perimeter ceiling system.
Corner elements for wall frames.Decor for Molding— corner and intermediate ornamental overlays for wall molding frames. In a system where the ceiling is decorated with CPU-P6, wall frames must have ornamental corner accents — otherwise they look 'unfinished' against the backdrop of a rich ceiling.
Ceiling medallion for a chandelier.ceiling rosettesfor the chandelier mounting point — an additional concentric level of detail within the central MLDPU-027 system. A decorative medallion with a diameter of 200–300 mm, installed inside the small angle MLDPU-027U-2 (124 × 124 mm), creates the final concentric point of the entire system.
Cornices for the ceilingaround the entire perimeter of the room. Outside the CPU-P6 zone, the perimeter cornice of the room should be lighter — otherwise it will compete with the A130V1 zone. For rooms with CPU-P6, a perimeter cornice of 40–60 mm from the same HIWOOD assortment is recommended.
Polyurethane moldingsfor framing door and window openings. Additional ornamental elements from the STAVROS catalog on architraves, above door openings, and on pilasters create a vertical 'link' between the walls and the rich ceiling.
CPU-P6 Installation: What's Important to Know in Advance
CPU-P6 is the technically most complex kit in the series. Fifteen types of products, multi-level corner groups, a central molding system with two types of corner elements. Installation is recommended to be entrusted to an experienced craftsman or designer-technologist.
Key technical nuances:
-
Marking the central system MLDPU-027 is the first and most critical step. The central molding contour must be strictly symmetrical to the zone, otherwise the entire hierarchy of the system will 'shift'. A laser level is mandatory.
-
Sequence of installing corner groups. Corner elements of four levels are installed from large to small: first NPU-461L/R (first level), then NPU-430L/R (second), NPU-431L/R (third), NPU-470L/R (fourth). Each subsequent level is tied to the already installed previous one.
-
NPU-464 and NPU-475 — positioning. Large field dominants are installed after the perimeter contours and central system are in place, but before the small NPU-462.2 inserts. This allows for precise adjustment of the position of large elements, relying on the already fixed contours.
-
Adhesive and sealant. Mounting acrylic adhesive for polyurethane without solvents — for all ornamental overlays. MS-polymer adhesive — for perimeter profiles. Joint filler — acrylic finishing, followed by sanding with zero-grit sandpaper.
Estimated installation time for an experienced craftsman: 2–3 working days. Independently on first attempt — 3–4 days with breaks. CPU-P6 is not a 'quick weekend' project. It is a construction event worth preparing for.
What to combine the CPU-P6 ceiling decor with: space as a unified whole
The CPU-P6 ceiling system sets the benchmark for the entire interior. Furniture, fabrics, lighting fixtures—everything is selected in dialogue with this ceiling.
Furniture. Classic or neoclassical: upholstered with wooden carved elements or polyurethane overlays. Tables and chairs with turned legs. Cabinets with cornice shelves. Avoid—aggressive minimalism, 'empty' surfaces without detailing.
Lighting. The central chandelier under the MLDPU-027 system should be large enough to visually 'match' the scale of the ceiling: diameter from 60 cm for a living room from 35 m². Crystal, bronze, gilded metals—an organic choice. LED contour lighting behind A130V1—theatrical evening mode.
Color. White + white is a classic, working through the shadows of the relief. A cream ceiling + gold accents on the NPU-464 and corner elements is an Empire-style grandeur. Terracotta or ochre on the dominant features with a white perimeter is Italian classicism. Full monochrome in nuanced shades is modern neoclassicism without emphasized historicism.
Frequently Asked Questions about the CPU-P6 Kit
How does CPU-P6 differ fundamentally from CPU-P4?
CPU-P4—21 product types, four levels of corner accents, a rich ornamental system with the well-known central dominant MLDPU-2U-1.1. CPU-P6—15 product types, but a fundamentally different central system based on the MLDPU-027 molding with two types of corner elements, monumental field dominants NPU-464 (300 × 420 mm) and NPU-475 (350 × 180 mm), which are not found in any other kit in the series, as well as an expanded corner system with new pairs NPU-461L/R and NPU-470L/R. CPU-P6 is larger in scale in individual elements but more compact in the total number of items. See the full lineup in the sectionceiling decor.
What is the minimum ceiling height suitable for CPU-P6?
Recommended minimum height—2.9 m. At a height of 3.2 m and above, the kit unfolds most organically. At a height of 2.7 m, the monumental elements NPU-464 and NPU-475 may feel 'oppressive'—consider CPU-P4 or consult with a STAVROS manager.
How difficult is it to install CPU-P6 yourself?
CPU-P6 is the most technically complex kit in the series. Installation of the central MLDPU-027 system requires experience with molding systems. The four-level corner groups require precise sequencing and careful marking. Professional installation or hiring an experienced master at least for marking and the first level of corner groups is recommended.
Is the MLDPU-027 molding needed separately or is it included in the CPU-P6?
CPU-P6 includes corner elementsMLDPU-027U-1andMLDPU-027U-2. The linearMLDPU-027 molding for the central contour is purchased separately in the required number of meters — calculated based on the perimeter of the central square.
Can CPU-P6 be used without contour lighting?
Yes. Contour lighting via A130V1 is an option, not a requirement. In daylight, the CPU-P6 system works exclusively through relief: the monumental NPU-464 and NPU-475 elements create expressive natural shadows even in diffused daylight. Contour lighting enhances the effect but is not essential for the system's expressiveness.
