We value the trust of our customers in our products and take measures to protect them from purchasing non-original STAVROS items from other manufacturers. We reliably protect intellectual property rights and file patents with the Federal Service for Intellectual Property.

No physical or legal entity is permitted to use STAVROS intellectual property: to copy, reproduce, duplicate, or recreate based on a model. Any infringement of STAVROS copyright is prosecuted in court.

The company's website, photos, videos, and textual materials are also protected objects of copyright, registered in accordance with the law.

Purchasing an item does not grant the right to copy, reproduce, duplicate, recreate based on a model, or modify the item, nor does it grant the right to manufacture similar items. To obtain such rights, an official licensing agreement signed by STAVROS is required.

Purchasing STAVROS products means only the right to use a specific item for commercial and household purposes. Any other actions constitute direct copyright infringement and may result in criminal liability:

• Fine up to 5,000,000 rubles;
• Confiscation of counterfeit items, materials, and equipment;
• Arrest for up to six months;
