The material does not contain formaldehyde, phenol, phthalates, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), heavy metals, asbestos, dioxins, or other hazardous substances listed in REACH. It does not emit volatile organic compounds (VOC) even when heated to 80°C for a prolonged period.
