Warranty and Return
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
STAVROS Company provides a warranty on products for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty is void if recommended storage and operating conditions are violated: www.stavros.ru/information/khraneniyu-i-ekspluatatsii, when the product is used for purposes other than its intended use, as well as when the integrity of the product is compromised.
According to Article 26.1 of the Law 'On Protection of Consumer Rights', you have the right to cancel the purchase of goods acquired remotely via an online store at any time before delivery, and after delivery, you may return goods of proper quality within seven days of receipt.
RETURN OF GOODS
Goods of proper quality purchased through direct sales may be returned within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase.
Return of goods of proper quality is possible if the item retains its original appearance, consumer properties, and documentation confirming the fact and conditions of purchase.
ATTENTION.
Goods with signs of use are not returnable. For example, if the item has been installed, painted, or altered in size.
According to the Russian Federation Law No. 2300-1 dated February 7, 1992 'On Protection of Consumer Rights', consumers are not entitled to return goods of proper quality that have individual characteristics. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse return of goods of proper quality that were custom-made (i.e., items not from the catalog) or made from wood species that we do not use in our main sales.
IMPORTANT
Returns are only accepted for products from the warehouse program.
Upon delivery, verify the number of cargo spaces against the courier's delivery note and check the packaging for visible damage.
If any violations are detected during your inspection, you must request mandatory unpacking in the presence of a representative of the carrier, with preparation of an acceptance act and description of the detected violations.
If the carrier's representative refuses to prepare an act, the transport document must indicate that the cargo was received with damage and that the act was not prepared.
We recommend taking photos or video recordings of each delivery, as this helps document issues that may not be visible during the initial visual inspection. If visible damage to the packaging is detected, photos or video recordings are mandatory. One photo must include an overview of the cargo with the number indicated in the transport document.
