How the panel is constructed

The design of the PAN-001 panel is simple and effective. Profiled slats are attached to a strong and elastic fabric base with perfectly even spacing. The fabric provides flexibility for the entire canvas, while the slats form a rhythmic relief with a characteristic play of light and shadow.

During installation, the panel is glued to the surface with the fabric base facing inward. The slats, remaining on the outside, create a visually solid, almost seamless decorative plane. Even on complex curves, the fabric base evenly distributes tension, preventing gaps and separations between the slats.

Three material options

The PAN-001 panel is available in two versions, each designed for specific tasks and project aesthetics.

MDF for painting

Smooth MDF slats, prepared for the application of interior enamels. This option is ideal when precise color matching to the RAL or NCS palette is required. MDF provides a smooth, uniform surface without texture, which is perfect for minimalist and modern projects.

Solid oak, beech for tinting

Slats made of natural oak or beech with a pronounced wood texture. Designed for tinting with oils, stains, or varnish coating. This option is chosen when the natural beauty of the material, tactility, and durability are important. Solid oak and beech look organic in eco-style, Japandi, and modern classic interiors.

Where the PAN-001 panel is used

The main advantage of the panel is its ability to work on curved surfaces. But it is also well-suited for flat bases when a rhythmic texture is needed without assembly from individual slats.

How to install

Installing the PAN-001 panel does not require specialized tools and is done in several steps:

1. Surface preparation. The surface must be level, dry, dust-free, and primed.
2. Cutting. Mark and cut the panel with a utility knife from the fabric backing side.
3. Applying adhesive. Contact adhesive is applied to the base and to the fabric backing of the panel.
4. Gluing. After the adhesive has set (according to the manufacturer's instructions), the panel is carefully placed onto the surface and pressed firmly.
5. Finishing. After installation, the MDF option is painted, while the oak/beech option is tinted and coated with varnish or oil.
