It's great that you can almost always find the necessary elements for the project. The products match the description, with prompt feedback and delivery!
More than 20 years on the market
The company's success began in 2002, when two artists — Andrey Ragozin and Evgeny Tsapko — created a small creative workshop for producing wooden carved items. The masters' work was quickly noticed, and within a year they were invited to participate in the reconstruction of the Konstantinovskiy Palace in Strelna.
After the success of this project, the company focused on recreating palace interiors, furniture, church furnishings, and carved decorations in various artistic styles. They worked with cultural heritage sites: The Hermitage, the Alexandrovsky Palace, the Troitsko-Izmaylovsky Cathedral, the Sheremetyevsky Mansion, and many others.
The masters' task — and still is — to create wooden items with the highest level of detail and understanding of every element, based on impeccable knowledge of artistic laws and interior styles.

Technical specifications and design features
MDF Molding MLD-M-050is an innovative decorative element measuring 65 × 18 × 2600 mm, created from high-quality medium-density fiberboard with an imitation of the texture of elite wood species. This profile embodies advanced composite material production technologies and years of experience in architectural decor, ensuring a perfect combination of aesthetic appeal and practical application.
The architectural concept of the MLD-M-050 molding is based on the principles of a modern approach to interior design, which values the balance between classical proportions and innovative materials. The profile is developed considering current trends in interior design, where not only visual expressiveness is important but also installation technology, stability of geometric parameters, and durability of operation.
Geometric parameters and dimensional accuracy
The dimensional characteristics of the MDF molding MLD-M-050 are carefully calibrated to achieve an optimal balance between decorative function and structural strength:
-
Profile width (A)Width (A): 65 mm — provides sufficient visual significance for creating expressive decorative compositions
-
Element thickness (C): 18 mm — guarantees structural rigidity and resistance to deformation under various operating conditions
-
Standard length (L)Length (B): 2600 mm — increased length to minimize joint connections and simplify installation work
The increased profile length of 2600 mm provides a significant advantage when decorating extended surfaces, allowing for visually seamless decorative lines with a minimal number of joints. This is especially important for achieving a flawless appearance in large-scale interior projects.
Profiled geometry and architectural elements
The milled form of the MDF molding MLD-M-050 includes several characteristic elements that create an expressive play of light and shadow and ensure a three-dimensional perception of the decorative composition. The central part of the profile has a complex configuration with smooth transitions between different levels, creating an effect of architectural depth.
The side edges of the profile are made at mathematically calculated angles, ensuring optimal light perception under various types of lighting. The transition radii between levels create harmonious visual perception and eliminate sharp contrasts.
High-density MDF production technology
Innovative materials and production process
The basis of the MDF molding MLD-M-050 is high-quality medium-density fiberboard, manufactured using advanced dry pressing technology. The material is characterized by a density of 720-850 kg/m³, which ensures an optimal combination of strength and workability.
Technological production processincludes several critically important stages:
Preparation of wood raw materials begins with grinding wood waste from coniferous and deciduous species to a specific fraction size. The resulting fibers undergo thorough cleaning from foreign inclusions and sorting by size to ensure uniformity of the finished board structure.
The binding system based on urea-formaldehyde resins with reduced free formaldehyde content ensures reliable bonding of wood fibers while maintaining the environmental safety of the material. The formaldehyde content corresponds to emission class E1, guaranteeing safety for use in residential premises.
Quality control and parameter stability
Production of MDF boards for moldings is carried out using continuous quality control systems at all stages of the technological process. Material density, moisture content, strength characteristics, and geometric parameters of the finished boards are monitored.
Dimensional stability is ensured by special edge processing of the boards and precise thickness calibration with a tolerance of ±0.1 mm. Such accuracy is critically important for subsequent milling of complex configuration profiles.
Imitation of elite wood species
Oak texture: classic elegance
MDF molding with oak imitationreproduces the characteristic texture of this elite wood species with a high degree of authenticity. The surface of the profile demonstrates an expressive pattern of annual rings, characteristic radial rays, and natural color transitions inherent to natural oak.
The texture creation technology involves several stages of surface processing. Initially, a base relief is formed, imitating the structural features of oak wood. Then, a multi-layer coating is applied, reproducing the natural color palette of oak from light golden to rich brown shades.
Special attention is paid to conveying tactile sensations. The surface has a slightly rough texture that imitates natural wood, creating a sense of material authenticity upon tactile contact.
Beech texture: modern versatility
MDF molding with beech imitationfeatures a more uniform and delicate texture characteristic of this wood species. The surface reproduces the fine-pored structure of beech with characteristic dotted inclusions and a uniform light shade.
Beech texture imitation is created using special high-resolution printing technologies that ensure accurate reproduction of all nuances of the natural material. The color palette ranges from creamy white to warm beige tones with pinkish notes.
The surface has a smooth texture with a barely noticeable grain, making such moldings ideal for modern interiors where clean lines and color neutrality are valued.

Technological advantages of MDF materials
Geometric parameter stability
One of the key advantages of MDF moldings is their exceptional dimensional stability under changing humidity and temperature conditions. Unlike natural wood, MDF is practically not subject to deformation, which guarantees the preservation of the original profile geometry throughout the entire service life.
The linear expansion coefficient of MDF is less than 0.1% with a 10% change in humidity, which is several times lower than the similar indicator for natural wood. This property is especially important for extended decorative elements, where even minimal deformations can lead to gaps in butt joints.
Uniform structure and absence of defects
MDF material is characterized by an absolutely uniform structure without knots, cracks, resin pockets, and other defects inherent in natural wood. This ensures uniform processing along the entire length of the profile and guarantees the absence of defects on the surface of the finished product.
The uniformity of the structure also ensures even absorption of finishing coatings, which is especially important when tinting or painting moldings. The absence of differences in material density eliminates the appearance of stains and color unevenness.
Excellent workability
MDF demonstrates excellent machinability with all types of cutting tools. The material is easily milled, sawn, drilled, and sanded without chipping or tearing. This allows creating profiles of complex configurations with precise geometric parameters.
Particularly important is MDF's ability for precise milling of small profile details. Sharp edges and thin elements retain their shape without chipping, which ensures the clarity of the profile pattern and high-quality appearance.
Finishing coatings and decorative finishing
Preparation for enamel coatings
MDF molding MLD-M-050 for enamelundergoes special surface preparation ensuring perfect adhesion of paint and varnish materials. The preparation technology includes several stages of surface treatment to achieve mirror smoothness and uniformity of the base.
Initially, the molding surface is sanded with abrasive materials of various grits to remove traces of mechanical processing and create a uniform texture. Then, a special primer-sealer is applied, which fills the material's pores and creates a perfectly even base for the finishing coating.
The final stage of preparation is polishing the surface with fine-grit abrasive to achieve perfect smoothness. Such preparation ensures impeccable quality of the enamel coating without drips, sags, or other defects.
Toning possibilities
MDF molding for tintingprovides wide possibilities for creating unique color solutions. Special surface treatment ensures even absorption of tinting compounds and allows achieving deep, saturated shades.
The technology of tinting MDF moldings allows imitating various wood species or creating original color effects. It is possible to apply multi-layer coatings to achieve complex color transitions and gradients.
A feature of MDF tinting is the ability to create patination and artificial aging effects, which is especially in demand in classic interiors. Such effects are achieved by applying special application techniques and various types of dyes.
Advantages of use in construction
Economic Efficiency
MDF moldings provide an optimal price-quality ratio, offering the possibility of creating prestigious interiors with moderate material costs. The cost of MDF moldings is significantly lower than similar products made from solid natural wood while maintaining high aesthetic qualities.
Economic benefit is achieved not only due to the material cost but also thanks to the ease of installation. MDF moldings are easily processed with standard tools, which reduces labor costs for installation and does not require highly qualified specialists.
Ecological safety
Modern MDF materials comply with strict environmental standards and are safe for use in residential premises. The formaldehyde content in finished products does not exceed the norms of class E1, which guarantees the absence of harmful effects on human health.
MDF production is based on the use of renewable wood raw materials and waste from the woodworking industry, which contributes to the rational use of natural resources. At the end of their life cycle, MDF products can be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally safe manner.
