More than 20 years on the market
The company's success began in 2002, when two artists — Andrey Ragozin and Evgeny Tsapko — created a small creative workshop for producing wooden carved items. The masters' work was quickly noticed, and within a year they were invited to participate in the reconstruction of the Konstantinovskiy Palace in Strelna.
After the success of this project, the company focused on recreating palace interiors, furniture, church furnishings, and carved decorations in various artistic styles. They worked with cultural heritage sites: The Hermitage, the Alexandrovsky Palace, the Troitsko-Izmaylovsky Cathedral, the Sheremetyevsky Mansion, and many others.
The masters' task — and still is — to create wooden items with the highest level of detail and understanding of every element, based on impeccable knowledge of artistic laws and interior styles.

Wooden Rosette R-085: a premium 3D decorative element
Wooden Rosette R-085embodies the craftsmanship of traditional woodworking in a modern interpretation, presenting a 3D decorative element with expressive relief and deep spatial composition. A distinctive feature of the model is the increased thickness of the base variant — 22 mm, which creates a more dramatic visual effect compared to flat analogs. Thiswooden rosettebecomes a focal point of attention in any interior composition due to its sculptural expressiveness and flawless execution quality.
The concept of creating R-085 is based on the principles of classical decorative art, where each ornament element has deep symbolic meaning and aesthetic value. The masters of the company Stavros have embodied centuries-old woodworking traditions in this model, adapting them to the requirements of modern interior design. The result is an item that seamlessly integrates into both historical stylistic solutions and current design concepts.
Constructive Features and Dimensions
The base size of the rosette R-085 is45 × 45 × 22 mmwhich ensures an optimal balance of compactness and expressiveness of the decorative element. The increased thickness of 22 mm allows creating multi-level relief compositions with deep shadows and expressive lighting accents. Such geometry makes the rosette an ideal solution for projects requiring accent decorative points without overloading the overall composition.
Extended Size Rangeon requestprovides designers and furniture makers with wide opportunities to realize the most ambitious projects:
55 × 55 × 26 mm— an intermediate size that perfectly suits decorating medium furniture elements. The increased thickness of 26 mm provides an even more expressive relief, creating an effective play of light and shadow on the surface of the decorative element.
74 × 74 × 37 mm— a large format for large-scale interior solutions. The thickness of 37 mm allows implementing complex multi-level compositions with intricate detailing of each ornament element. This size is ideal for spacious rooms with high ceilings.
95 × 95 × 46 mm— the maximum size in the range, representing a striking decorative element with a thickness of almost half a centimeter. SuchCarved rosettebecomes a dominant feature in interior composition and requires appropriate scale of surrounding elements.
Material Science: Noble Wood Species
Solid Oakfor manufacturing the rosette R-085 is selected according to strict quality criteria, taking into account wood density, absence of defects, and optimal fiber orientation. European oak used in production is characterized by high mechanical strength and natural resistance to external influences. The unique texture of oak fibers creates an unmistakable visual pattern on each rosette, highlighting its individuality and premium quality.
Natural tannins contained in oak wood provide natural material conservation and impart a distinctive noble aroma. When treated with special compounds, these substances create additional protection against biological influences, extending the service lifeof furniture decorfor decades.
Beech WoodThe alternative version of the R-085 rosette has entirely different characteristics, expanding the range of design possibilities. Birch differs with exceptional uniformity of structure, allowing for perfect surface smoothness and clarity of carved details. The fine-pored structure of birch ensures even absorption of finishing materials, which is especially important when tinting and painting.
Light, warm tones of birch wood with a characteristic pinkish undertone create a cozy, home-like atmosphere in interiors. The high hardness of birch guarantees the durability of carved elements against mechanical impacts and preserves the clarity of details even under intensive use.
Surface finishing technologies
Preparation for enamel coatingThe R-085 rosette includes a complex of specialized operations aimed at creating an ideal base for applying lacquer and paint materials. The wood surface undergoes multi-stage sanding with gradually decreasing abrasive grit to achieve mirror smoothness. Special primers fill the natural porosity of the wood, creating a uniform substrate for the final coating.
Enamelleddecorative rose outletsOpen up limitless color solutions for interiors. Modern enamel compositions not only provide aesthetic appeal but also additional protection for wood against moisture, temperature fluctuations, and ultraviolet radiation.
Tinting finishRepresents a more delicate approach to surface treatment, preserving and enhancing the natural beauty of wood texture. Special compositions penetrate into the wood structure to a certain depth, altering its color palette without forming a surface film. Such treatment allows retaining the tactile sensations of natural wood and its ability to 'breathe'.
The tinting palette includes a wide range of shades—from light honey tones to deep chocolate hues. Professional tinting can imitate valuable exotic wood species or create an antiquing effect, giving the item a noble appearance of vintage antiques.
Architectural and design applications
The R-085 rosette demonstrates exceptional versatility in architectural and design applications due to its structural features and aesthetic qualities.Interior doorsAcquire an aristocratic appearance when decorated with rosettes in the central parts of panels or at intersections of structural elements of framing. Symmetrical placement creates classical compositions, emphasizing the status of the room.
Furniture facadesGain additional decorative value when integrating R-085 rosettes into the overall design concept. Central placement on cabinet doors creates focal points that draw attention to quality furniture. Using rosettes of different sizes within a single set allows creating a hierarchical system of decorative accents.
Wall panels and boiserieTraditionally decorated with carved elements to create representative interiors.Wooden socketsR-085 rosettes are ideally suited for such projects due to their ability to create rhythmic compositions on large surfaces. Various size options allow creating complex multi-level decorative systems.
Style adaptability and design solutions
Classical interiorsFind the ideal decorative element in the R-085 rosette, conforming to the canons of traditional design. Use in combination with othercarved elementsCreate harmonious compositions characteristic of palace interiors. Gilding or antiquing rosettes enhances their decorative impact and emphasizes the opulence of the setting.
NeoclassicalSolutions for modern interiors gain refinement and elegance through the delicate use of decorative rosettes. Painted in neutral tones—white, cream, gray—they do not overwhelm space but add depth and interest. The contrast between smooth modern surfaces and relief historical elements creates striking design solutions.
Provencal and country interiorsUse tinted rosettes to create the atmosphere of a country house. Artificially aged surfaces with scratches and patina tell the story of long-term use, which is especially valued in authentic design concepts.
Production technologies and quality control
The R-085 rosette is manufactured using advanced woodworking technologies while preserving traditional quality control methods.Computer designEnsures mathematical accuracy of all geometric parameters and optimal placement of decorative elements. Three-dimensional modeling allows preliminary assessment of the visual effect of various size options.
High-precision milling equipmentSpecialized tools create sharp edges and smooth transitions between different relief levels.
Multi-stage quality controlIncludes inspection at every stage of the production process. Incoming material inspection excludes defective materials from production. Intermediate inspections monitor compliance with technological parameters. Final acceptance guarantees that finished products meet standard samples.
Installation solutions and fastening systems
Installation of socket R-085 requires accounting for its increased thickness and appropriate preparation of the mounting surface.Adhesive selectionDepends on the base material and operating conditions. For wooden surfaces, polyurethane adhesives are used, ensuring strong bonding while maintaining joint flexibility.
Foundation preparationIncludes thorough cleaning of contaminants, degreasing, and if necessary, surface leveling. The roughness of the base should ensure optimal adhesive bond without visible irregularities under the decorative element.
PositioningInstallation of large-format sockets requires the use of special fixtures and marking tools. Temporary fixation with clamps or C-clamps ensures the element remains stationary until the adhesive fully sets.
Additional fasteningScrews with concealed heads may be used for heavily loaded structures. Fasteners are installed on the backside of the socket into pre-prepared recesses, preventing damage to the front surface.
Operational characteristics and durability
Socket R-085 made from hardwood demonstrates outstanding performance characteristics when properly cared for and under recommended usage conditions.Mechanical strengthProducts ensure resistance to accidental impacts and loads arising during daily furniture use.
Dimensional stabilityAchieved through special drying of wood to optimal moisture content and subsequent acclimatization under production conditions. Properly prepared wood practically does not change its geometric parameters under normal operating conditions.
Resistance to fadingTinted sockets are protected using light-resistant dyes and protective lacquer coatings. Enamelled products retain their original color vibrancy due to high-quality pigments and binders.
Care and restoration features
Maintaining original appearancecarved rosettesSocket R-085 maintains its original appearance through adherence to simple care and preventive maintenance rules.Regular cleaningPerformed using soft brushes or cloths without aggressive cleaning agents. Special attention is paid to recesses and complex relief areas where dust may accumulate.
