More than 20 years on the market

The company's success began in 2002, when two artists — Andrey Ragozin and Evgeny Tsapko — created a small creative workshop for producing wooden carved items. The masters' work was quickly noticed, and within a year they were invited to participate in the reconstruction of the Konstantinovskiy Palace in Strelna.

After the success of this project, the company focused on recreating palace interiors, furniture, church furnishings, and carved decorations in various artistic styles. They worked with cultural heritage sites: The Hermitage, the Alexandrovsky Palace, the Troitsko-Izmaylovsky Cathedral, the Sheremetyevsky Mansion, and many others.

The masters' task — and still is — to create wooden items with the highest level of detail and understanding of every element, based on impeccable knowledge of artistic laws and interior styles.

Oak Solid Wood: Classic Excellence

Oak MoldingIt is manufactured using selective processing with wood density of 750–890 kg/m³. Hardness by Brinell ~3.7–4.0 HB guarantees exceptional durability of the increased profile under intensive use in furniture production and interior finishing. Expressive tangential oak grains form a noble texture on the increased quarter-circle surface, introducing classic luxury into the profile cross-section geometry.

Characteristic medullary rays create an exquisite play of light on the curved surface, highlighting the natural beauty of oak texture and creating a premium decorative effect.

Beech solid: European reliability

Beech MoldingIt is characterized by dense, uniform structure (700–790 kg/m³) and excellent technological properties for increased profiles. Fine-grained texture perfectly accepts a wide range of finishing materials, from classic lacquers to modern enamels. Uniform fiber structure ensures consistent coloring along the entire length of the profile strip.

Natural light oak color creates a universal base for any design solutions, and high density guarantees preservation of geometric accuracy of the quarter-round profile over a long period of use.

MDF: technological stability

MDF MoldingIt is produced from fiberboard with density 760–780 kg/m³, emission class E1 (for some batches — E0/E0.5 according to passport), confirmed by protocols upon request. Technological processing ensures ideal geometry of the increased quarter-round cross-section. MDF architectural molding serves as a reliable base for enamel coatings of any complexity provided that a quality primer-insulator is used.

Dimensional range for universal applications

2400 мм— standard length for most furniture and interior applications, ensuring optimal performance with various structures and minimizing waste.

2600 мм— extended length for large-scale items and panel structures, enabling the creation of continuous framing lines in large furniture compositions.

Professional profile processing technologies

Preparation technological processes

Base surfaces for molding installation are prepared with precision to 0.3 mm. The moisture content of the base should not exceed 8-10% to ensure quality adhesion. All surfaces are thoroughly degreased and cleaned of contaminants and dust.

Technical conditions:

  • Temperature: +18-24°C

  • Relative humidity: 45-55%

  • Acclimatization period: 24-48 hours for solid wood, 12-24 hours for MDF

  • Material moisture control: mandatory

System for mounting increased profile

22×11 mm profile strip is mounted in various ways depending on application:

Adhesive joints:

  • PVA D3/D4 for internal furniture work

  • Polyurethane adhesives for high load and humid conditions

  • Epoxy compositions for particularly critical joints

Mechanical mounting:

  • 1.0×20-25 mm micro-screws for temporary fixation

  • Self-tapping screws 2.0×16 mm with concealed head for hidden mounting

  • Special clamps for removable structures

Profile corner connection system

For internal corners, precision 45° beveling with fast-drying polyurethane adhesive is applied. External corners are formed by precise beveling followed by grinding with fine abrasive sandpaper P280-P400 for ideal surface alignment.

Special joints:

  • Tongue-and-groove joints for framed structures

  • Joint connections with additional reinforcement

  • Butt joints for decorative elements
