More than 20 years on the market

The company's success began in 2002, when two artists — Andrey Ragozin and Evgeny Tsapko — created a small creative workshop for producing wooden carved items. The masters' work was quickly noticed, and within a year they were invited to participate in the reconstruction of the Konstantinovskiy Palace in Strelna.

After the success of this project, the company focused on recreating palace interiors, furniture, church furnishings, and carved decorations in various artistic styles. They worked with cultural heritage sites: The Hermitage, the Alexandrovsky Palace, the Troitsko-Izmaylovsky Cathedral, the Sheremetyevsky Mansion, and many others.

The masters' task — and still is — to create wooden items with the highest level of detail and understanding of every element, based on impeccable knowledge of artistic laws and interior styles.

Oak Solid Wood: Classic Elegance

Oak Moldingis manufactured using selective processing with wood density of 740–880 kg/m³. Hardness by Brinell ~3.7–4.0 HB ensures durability of the miniature profile even under intensive use in furniture production. Expressive oak grain forms a noble texture on the compact surface, introducing classic elegance into the delicate geometry of the profile section.

Natural play of light on the quarter-round surface highlights the natural beauty of oak texture, creating an elegant decorative effect even at miniature dimensions.

Beech solid wood: universal reliability

Beech Moldingis characterized by dense, uniform structure (690–780 kg/m³) and excellent machinability for thin profiles. Fine-grained texture perfectly accepts various finishing materials, from natural lacquers to colored enamels. Uniform fiber structure ensures consistent coloring along the entire length of the thin profile.

High dimensional stability is especially important for miniature sections, where any deformation critically affects the quality of joints.

MDF: technological precision

MDF MoldingMade from particle board with density 750-770 kg/m³, emission class E1 (E0/E0.5 for some batches according to passport), confirmed by protocols upon request. The manufacturing process ensures an ideal geometry of miniature quarter-round cross-section. Serves as a reliable base for enamel coatings when using a special primer.

Dimensional range for precise finishing

Additional fastening:

  • 0.8×15 mm micro-screws for temporary fixation

  • Small clamps for pressing

  • Painter’s tape for fixation during drying

Corner jointing system

For internal corners, use 45° miter cuts with quick-drying adhesive on ends. External corners are formed by precise miter cuts followed by sanding with fine-grit sandpaper P220-P320.
